Refunds:
If your purchase is damaged during shipping
Take photos within 24 hours of packaging arriving, this includes packaging and product. The product will need to be returned to us at your cost (within 7 days) and either
- A replacement of similar value
- A gift card of that value.
The shipping costs will not be included in the refund and are to be covered by customer.
Refunds of purchase will only be offered in certain circumstances.
No refunds are offered on sale items, change of heart or wrong payment method at checkout.
Refunds will be accepted within 48 hour of purchase ONLY if item has not been shipped. A cancellation fee of $10 will occur.
Shipping:
Packages lost in transit are out of my hands. All orders have tracking numbers, it is customers responsibility to track package and follow through with local service in the case of lost package.
Untamed eye is not liable for any items lost, damaged, stolen in transit or delivered to wrong address.
Check shipping address is correct when purchasing as Untamed eye is not liable if package is lost this includes postage within Australia and overseas.
Check shipping address is complete. With full name, House/apt./unit Number, street name, suburb/town, state, postcode/zip code, and country. If address is invalid you will receive an email or if mobile is provided a text message. If no response I will cancel and refund your order.
If items are returned to me due to invalid address customer will be responsible for postage.
Express postage is available if asked
Orders are generally shipped within 5 days of order unless I have indicated otherwise.
Arrival is within 7-14 days within Australia but due to the pandemic postage has been known to be as long as 29 days.
Arrival is up to 8 weeks for international shipping.
International Shipping
All shipping is untracked unless you email me and ask for tracked postage in which you will be asked for the additional fee.
If package is lost for an untracked package, I am not liable.
Once package has left Australia, I am unable to do anything if package is lost.
