One morning I was compelled to create some medicine rattles. I was working at the local gallery and started to weave while in-between customers. I become addicted to how to create a shape that would work. Each piece became unique and the sound magical. The raffia used in each Shaker has been eco dyed with plant material to create a natural raw colouring and woven around a strong natural twine. Inside contains pistachio shells. (They sound awesome)
