This necklace has been lovingly created with all natural beads.
The centre piece is a piece of Eucalyptus branch that has been used by some sort of parasite to hold eggs. Often these branches will drop off after they reach a certain size as they aren’t as healthy as branches around.
I found these in Parachilna gorge in South Australia.
As well as the beautiful wood centre there are also some hand crafted Grass tree resin beads I made on the South Australian/Northern Territory boarder. They are a blend of Grass tree resin, ash and charcoal. Created over a campfire near an outback waterhole.
Other beads used in this piece are vintage bone beads, wood beads, Rudraksha seeds, brass beads, some seeds I’m not sure on the name and Baltic Amber beads.
This necklace is able to be worn at different lengths with a bead able to be moved to adjust.
