Learn how to coil weave with Raffia

Coil weaving is a wonderful way to start on the basket making journey. It is a simple skill that can be picked up and sat down at any time. Such a vast variety of materials can be used and almost any and all shapes and sizes can be formed. 

In this workshop we will be learning the basics of coil weaving with Raffia. We will be starting off with your choice of a hot mat or small basket, as well as exploring different materials that can be added and ways to dye raffia for future projects.

All materials are included as well as take home instructions.

For thousands of years men and women have gathered together to weave, I invite you to come with an open mind and heart and enjoy a lovely time with beautiful people.  

Included in the workshop is all materials needed, snacks and a hot beverage.

Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been sent. If you cannot afford the full amount of ticket at the time of purchase contact me for a payment plan or to make a deposit.

What if you cannot make the workshop after purchased a ticket?  Workshops are non refundable
